I live 5 minutes from...It's a royal PITA, isn't it? I live 5 minutes from the state line, and I can't practice on the other side of the river because I haven't jumped through all the hoops (or paid the exorbitant fees) that state puts in the way of licensure. On the other hand, I've known an awful lot of Canadian colleagues who have immigrated here for work, so it's not insurmountable.
